We usually ship by Priority Mail. We normally ship, in stock items, within 1 to 2 days (but may take up to a week during holidays). Shipping times vary based on time of year and may take up to a week during peak times. For these reasons please order two weeks or more before a special event.

Shipping Price is based on the order total and zone that it is shipped to.

No sales tax is charged on items shipped outside of New York State. (unless required by your state)

Sales Tax for New York State residents will be charged 8%. Shipping within NYS is taxed at the rate of the items sold.

If we make an error on personalization as you have ordered, we will replace it. If you have made an error we will replace it at a discounted price. We know that happens with personalized gifts. We find many common names may have different spelling, please check spelling with someone in the family. If you do make a mistake and need to change a spelling please contact us for details.
